Custom bridal made to order

All special made gowns/dresses etc. Which are custom fit to your body type, unless it’s proven as manufacturing error are not either offered an exchangeable or returnable policy.

We require you to submit the proper and correct measurements prior to your selected date and we bear not responsibility for any alterations.

Changes will occur only on a form of a credit towards another gown of an equivalent or lower price and only prior to the selected date. We strive to deliver only the highest quality textiles and all of our clothing and products go through the scrutiny of unsurpassed quality inspection to safeguard our premier standards.

It is strongly advice, you try on your gown the soonest you obtain delivery and if you required any questions in regards to the fitting, please contact our customer support specialist ([email protected]) within 7 days of receiving your order. If for any reason there is a manufacturing fault, postage will be covered by versal. You will need to provide updated measurements and images for our production team before the gown is returned. If you wish to cancel your order before locking-in your measurements, the cancellation fee will be applicable.

If you cancel your order within 30 days of purchasing your gown, the cancellation fee will be €250, $300. This covers the cost of administration, lace allocation, pre-production and pattern preparation associated with your order. Once your measurements are locked-in, you will be unable to cancel you order as the gown will have gone immediately into production.

We do not provide any returns, refunds or exchanges on rush – priority custom order

Priority made to order bridal

As your wedding date is sooner than the standard timeframe it takes to produce a made-to-order gown, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on priority made-to-order bridal items. We ask that you ensure complete and accurate measurements are submitted at the time of placing the order as these measurements are final, and do not take responsibility for any adjustments or alterations needed to be made on your gown (unless it is a genuine manufacturing fault). Once your measurements are locked-in, you will be unable to cancel you order as the gown will have gone immediately into production. You will not be subject to any refund.

Ready made gowns & bridal

We do accept an exchange or we extend a credit certificate but you need to notify us within 7 business days of receiving of your items. This policy doesn’t apply for lingerie and other accessories such as, necklaces, earing etc. For weddings occurring in 10 weeks or less, we have a variety of ready-made gowns in standard sizes which are ready to be mailed out in 3 days or so. For these items, timeframes are a challenge and therefore, an exchange might occur subject to notifying us within 48 hours of receiving of your gown. Upon confirmation for processing the exchange, we will need to receive your items within 10 business days and they should be in the original form as we have send them to you. All exchanges need to be clean and not worn, free of any odours, makeup, stains, markings, altered, dry-cleaned or washed of any kind, with their original tags in place. You should try on any item received promptly and we recommend doing so, after you have taken a shower, free of any makeup, deodorant, moisturiser or perfume and on a clean surface or flooring. All return items for an exchange, go through a meticulous quality inspection control in order to receive clearance and a specialist will contact you with the results, for the possible exchange or credit certificate and/or other options.

If an error occurs on our behalf, return postage will be paid by us. You will be liable for return postage and any additional postage in case you have changed your choice.

Sale on online samples

Before purchasing, please consider that all sales are final – we do not accept returns on sample sale items. These items are in nearly new and have been worn in our studio for e-commerce photography. Alterations, cleaning and/or repairs are to be made by the purchaser. We mail out the samples within 7 business days upon confirmation of your purchase.

Cancellation fee

If you need to cancel your order in extreme circumstances, you can only do so providing your gown hasn’t begun production. There is a cancellation fee will be eur 250, usd 300 to cover the cost of administration, lace allocation, pre-production and pattern preparation associated with your order. You must contact our customer experience team ([email protected]) to discuss the circumstances surrounding the cancellation well in advance of your production date.

Alterations

If you have any concerns upon receiving your gown, please contact our customer experience team ([email protected]) within 7 days of receiving your gown and our team will assess your unique situation. Your gown is made to your size ranges and height, and per the intended design. You may wish to alter your gown to achieve your desired fit upon receiving; such associated costs will be at your expense. If your measurements change from what was confirmed after your lock in date, you will be liable for any alteration fees incurred. We are unable to offer in-house alterations, however we are able to offer advice should you choose to consult a third-party seamstress. Versal are not liable for any costs incurred or responsible for alterations completed by a third party.

In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, please contact our customer experience team. Upon assessment from our team, if a manufacturing fault is found, all costs will be paid by versal including shipping. If you decide not to send your dress back to versal for any reason, we will no longer be liable.

Occasion wear

You may exchange your versal occasion wear purchase subject to adherence to these terms. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of you receiving your garment. Please contact our customer experience team ([email protected]) to arrange for your item to be returned. Once confirmed, we must receive your item within 21 days. Items must be in original condition free of makeup, marks and stains, and must not have been worn, altered or washed. Any tags must remain in place. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you can exchange items within our specified timeframe. Please try on the item after a shower to avoid contact with moisturiser deodorant or makeup. Additionally, please try on your item on clean, carpeted or tiled flooring.

All items will undergo further quality control upon return. Exchanges are only available after the items have passed quality control. If for any reason your item does not pass qc, customer experience will contact you with your options.
In the event of manufacturing fault, return postage will be paid by versal. However, in the event of a change of mind, you will be liable for any additional postage to return your item and the purchase of the new.

Lingerie

For hygiene purposes we don’t accept returns.
